If you enroll after the semester starts, Payment 1 is prorated for the remaining teaching weeks. Break weeks are not counted.

EnrichMIND counts teaching weeks only — Thanksgiving, Fall Break, February Break, and Spring Break weeks are excluded from the proration calculation. Your Payment 1 is the semester fee × (remaining teaching weeks ÷ total teaching weeks). Payment 2 is always the full semester amount.

When is Payment 2 due?
Payment 2 covers the spring semester and is invoiced in January 2027. You'll receive a payment link by email — no action needed at enrollment.
What if my child joins mid-semester?
Payment 1 is prorated for the remaining teaching weeks from your enrollment date. The form calculates the exact amount automatically — break weeks are excluded.
Can both children get the two-course discount?
Yes — the two-course discount applies per student, independently. If both children enroll in two courses, both save $250 per semester. The sibling discount stacks on top of this.
How do I access Zoom and class materials?
After payment, you'll receive a confirmation email with the Zoom link and Google Classroom link for each course. All materials and recordings are posted to Classroom from day one.
Is there a placement assessment?
New students enrolling in Levels 1–7 complete a free placement assessment before the first class to confirm the right course level.
What payment methods are accepted?
Credit card, debit card, Apple Pay, and Google Pay — processed securely via Stripe.
